• How do I login to my account?

    Click “SIGN IN”, which is located in the top right corner of the navigation menu. (On mobile devices, you will click “MENU” to display the navigation menu.)

    If you see your name with a little person icon it means you are already logged in. Yay!

  • How do I change my password?

    Click on the icon next to your name in the top navigation menu in the upper right corner. (On mobile devices, you will click “MENU” to display the navigation menu.)

    Select “My Account”, then select "Password".

  • How do I sign up for movement classes, meditation classes, coaching circles, or accountability labs?

    To sign up for any of our live classes:

    1. From a computer, click on the corresponding class from the navigation menu at the top of every page, i.e. Yoga and Meditation, Accountability, or Coaching.

      From a mobile device, click “MENU” from the upper right corner to display the navigation menu.

    2. On the following page peruse the upcoming classes to find classes that work for your schedule.

    3. Click the “SIGN UP” button and you will be prompted to enter your name and contact details.

    4. After entering your info, click "Complete Appointment". That's it - you are registered for the class!

      Your registration confirmation will appear on the screen, along with a Zoom link and options for adding the class to your calendar. Your confirmation and Zoom link will also be sent by email.

      Within one hour prior to the class start time, you will receive an additional email with the Zoom link.

    Remember, the most important part of signing-up for a class is showing up for the class!

  • Why can’t I see the live and on demand classes?

    You might not be logged in! You have to be logged in to your account to access the on demand library and live classes.

    Click “SIGN IN” from the top navigation menu (upper right corner).

  • Can I watch on-demand classes offline?

    At this time our on-demand library is available online only.

  • How do I view or update my account settings (profile, password, certificates, notifications, billing, and order history)?

    Click on the icon next to your name in the top navigation menu in the upper right corner. (On mobile devices, you will click “MENU” to display the navigation menu.)

    Select “My Account” from the drop down menu.

  • How do I see my payment history or renewal/billing date?

    Click on the icon next to your name in the top navigation menu in the upper right corner. (On mobile devices, you will click “MENU” to display the navigation menu.)

    Select “My Account” from the drop down menu.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel your membership easily and at anytime.

    To cancel your membership subscription, click on the icon next to your name in the top navigation menu in the upper right corner. (On mobile devices, you will click “MENU” to display the navigation menu.)

    Select “My Account” from the drop down menu.

    Click on “Billing” from the side navigation menu.

    Click the “Cancel” button next to your active subscription details.

    Your card will not be charged again once you cancel, however you may continue accessing member-only content until the date shown under “Renews On”.

    Refunds will not be issued for partially used months.
